Guess who got to spend $160 today.

Well, we had our first ferret trip to the vet. Hiddleston couldn’t pee for a whole day and had to have his bladder drained and has a urinary tract infection. The vet staff were very nice and ferret-savy and quickly amended his problem (a blockage in his bladder).

Now on to the 14 day round antibiotics. I have forced  1500 lb horseS to take a a giant tube full of wormer, but somehow I feel like making my 3lb ferret take 3cc of antibiotics twice a day will be much harder.
